DRAIN
BLAMAGE
SEATTLE, 1990 (?)
Drain Blamage is the sound of a memory refusing to admit it never happened. A supposedly lost 1990 Seattle band, half recovered and half invented, they live in the ugly little space between déjà vu, obsession, and a full-blown mental breakdown over details that feel more real than reality itself. Songs arrive like evidence from the wrong timeline: familiar riffs, impossible memories, places you swear you’ve been, people you almost remember, and the growing suspicion that your own past has been edited without permission. The deeper you go, the less certain anything becomes. Drain Blamage doesn’t ask whether the Mandela Effect is real. It asks how long you can keep functioning after you start remembering it.
